Fine Art Princess Minis
All sessions are 30 minutes long and limited to no more than 2 people (immediate family only). Session is for 1 child, additional child is $50, third child, $25. If your family is larger, please purchase two spots back to back or message Kalai at kalaikennedyphoto@gmail.com. If photographing families, please dress accordingly; matching solid colors look most flattering.
This session I will be offering TWO packages.
3 fully edited images : $150 with printing rights
6 fully edited images: $250 with printing rights
30 minutes photography time. Please have hair and make up ready to go upon arrival.
The $50 deposit fee will be deducted from your final invoice after you make your final selection.
Studio Policies:
Due to the nature of all products, deposits and session fee are NON REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to attend your session you may sell or gift your seat to another family. Please notify Kalai Photography via email within 72 hours before the session with any changes.
Changes due to the weather will be at Kalai Photography's discrepancy.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. To assure fairness to my clients, all sessions will start and finish on time. If you are late for your session, tardiness will be deducted from your final session time. Within 7 days from your session you will receive an email with PROOF images. Those images are for viewing only and should not be saved or shared on social media. Your gallery will be active for 7 days and all favorite images must be selected during that time frame ( Fall is a really busy season so your timely response is extremely important and much appreciated). Once you make your final selection, you will receive a final invoice (minus your deposit fee).
All purchased images will be delivered via downloadable gallery in FULL RESOLUTION / digital format within up to 25 days from your final invoice payment.
Each image is hand edited by Kalai to her best ability. Any additional request after images are delivered may require additional editing fees.
Kalai Photography retains all rights to reproduction and publication of any images taken by her. Any alterations to Kalai's original work is prohibited by Federal law and will be subjected to civil and criminal penalties. For online sharing, social media, FB, IG...etc, please do not crop or remove artist's watermark. Watermark will be removed for Printing.
Final galleries must be downloaded within 30 days. A $100 fee will be charged to re-open expired galleries. All unedited images will be saved for 60 days and edited images will be saved for 180 days. It is not the studio's responsibility to achieve any delivered gallery for over 180 days.
You agree to hold harmless Kalai Photography, from any dispute in the event you or your family become injured during your session. Kalai Photography will not be held liable for any injuries or illness that may occur before, during, or after your session as well as any property damages.
COVID19 - All cleaning and social distance precautions will be taken to assure our clients are safe. If you do not feel comfortable sharing props, please let us know. If you are hesitant about it, please do not book this session. We can always discuss a full session for your family.
